Thermocouple / PT-100 / Linear Inputs

Thermocouple / Pt-100 input connections are shown in following table. The correct type of thermocouple / RTD extension lead-wire or compensating cable must be used for the entire distance between the unit and the sensor, ensuring that the correct polarity is observed throughout. Joints in the cable should be avoided.

KEYPAD OPERATION:-

SET KEY: SET key is used to set input types, skip status, offset etc. parameters of the scanner.

ALARM: 1:--

User can set different alarms for each individual channel. 2. After entering this menu Display will show "1ï which is channel number. 3. User can change to different channel by using UP arrow key. Press enter to select channel. 4. Then display will show LO "0000.0ï which is set point for first relay which is also called as low or alarm set point. 5. User can set low set point by UP and RIGHT arrow key. 6. Then display will show HI "0000.0ï which is set point for second relay which is also called as High or TRIP set point. 7. User can set High set point by UP and RIGHT arrow key. 8. Display will show Lt "HIGHï or "LOWï which is ON or OFF for first relay above setpoint or below setpoint. For example if HIGH is selected then relay will operate above set point and if LOW is selected then relay will operate below set point. 9. Now display will show Ht "HIGHï or "LOWï which is ON or OFF for Second relay above setpoint or below setpoint. For example if HIGH is selected then relay.

COMMUNICATION:

ïï Pen drive :

1. User can Get data stored in memory into Pendrive.

2. First insert Pendrive into the USB slot.

3. When you insert PENdrive, USB LED should start blinking. If not then Pendrive is not inserted properly try again reinserting.

4. After Pndrive is detected then Press USB key.

5. Display will show "noï if you want to get data into Pendrive change it into "Yesï by using UP arrow key.

6. Then Display will show countdown from 1 to 100. 7. When it shows 100 that means data is completely copied into pendrive. Press enter and remove Pendrive.
